Our payment methods are Paypal and Stripe. Both are international and well-trusted methods. We will use this third-party services as payment gateway on sell our software licenses. There aren’t hidden costs for you, we will assume this services fees as our sell-costs.
We can’t get purchases through any other payment services. This payment services maybe reject some credit cards in some countries. We appologize this, but we can’t do anything about, in any case we will accept money wires or other methods.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%. However, if the plugin doesn’t meet your expectations, we will refund you within 15 days, the 100% of your money, without any questions about or limitations, simply you will get refund as your request, and we will anulate your software registration.
Refunds also apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.
In some cases, the period of refund can be extended: if you start a support question within first 15 days, and there can’t ve solved, or the solution don’t like you, you can also ask for the refund.
