We are a small NGO that runs a little gift shop to raise funds in support of our mission.
Currently we only ship via the United States Postal Service and only small items, so we needed a per item/quantity shipping rate table. All the other major plugins failed as their item/quantity section is crippled in their free versions.

The best part is the volumetric calc, a feature that I hardly saw in other plugins.
It could implement more things and improve something though, like the possibility to change the scale of volumetric params. The team and the support are great, they are always available if you need them.
